About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Specialist with 4+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building AI-driven solutions, automating workflows, and improving business processes using modern AI tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML models for business applications.
* Work on Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and automation-based projects.
* Design and deploy scalable AI solutions and APIs.
* Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design.
* Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
* Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.
* Ensure model performance, scalability, and data security standards.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
* Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
* Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI models.
* Experience working with Open AI APIs, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, or LLM integrations.
* Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Familiarity with data handling, model deployment, and MLOps concepts.
* Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
* Experience in AI product development or automation projects.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
