Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Political Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of political communication, current social media trends, and the ability to design impactful visuals for digital and print platforms. Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging political creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)
Design campaign posters, banners, infographics, carousels, reels covers, and thumbnails
Stay updated with latest design trends, memes, political narratives, and social media formats
Translate political ideas, speeches, and agendas into visually compelling designs
Work closely with content writers, video editors, and campaign strategists
Design creatives in Punjabi, Hindi, and English as per campaign requirements
Ensure brand consistency across all political communication materials
Handle quick turnarounds during campaigns and important political events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in political or digital campaigns
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (advanced)
Understanding of social media algorithms and visual storytelling
Ability to design high-impact political content with clarity and creativity
Excellent command over Punjabi, Hindi, and English (reading & writing)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Good to Have:
Experience working with political parties, leaders, or public figures
Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing
Understanding of regional and national political landscapes
Meme marketing and viral content creation experience
