Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Media Head to lead media strategy, planning, and
execution for political campaigns in Punjab. The role requires strategic vision, leadership
skills, and the ability to coordinate across social media, press, and campaign communication
teams to amplify the campaign’s reach and narrative.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy for political campaigns.
• Lead social media, digital, print, and broadcast media initiatives to enhance
campaign visibility.
• Coordinate with media teams, content creators, and campaign staff for timely and
consistent messaging.
• Monitor media trends, news coverage, and public sentiment to inform campaign
strategy.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, media briefs, and talking points for
leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Train and manage media and communication staff.
• Ensure all media activities comply with legal and electoral regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in media strategy, communications, or Media management and
liaisoning
• Excellent Punjabi communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficiency in digital media platforms and News media management.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure campaign environments.

Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in media management, communications, or political
campaigns.
• Proven experience in Punjab-based campaigns is preferred.
